Terms of Service
Terms of Service include all contents of this document as well as the Disclaimer. You are required to read and confirm your agreement to these terms when you book a session.
Payment of Services
All services must be paid for before receiving the Service.
Payment installments are available to help you get the services you want. Arrangements can be made by sending an email to Katie Rose requesting installments.
Basis of Services, Sessions, Offerings
This is a co-creative space where your sovereignty is honoured in all my services, sessions, and offerings. My role is to hold a safe space in which you can discover who you are at Soul level; help you bring in a higher vibrational aspect of your Self; and assist you in clearing and healing. I do not use, invoke, embed, or encode my unique soul signature into my services, sessions or offerings. My intention for each session is ‘only for your highest light and resonance’, resulting in Soul Sourced Sovereignty and a deeper connection to your Higher Self. What you experience is guided by your Higher Self and Guide Teams, and it is a result of the Intentions you set for each session. In this way, you remain sovereign throughout every experience.
Rescheduling/Missed Appointments (No-Show Policy)
We totally understand that life happens. There is no issue with rescheduling your services. You have the option to reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment, should you need to do so. If you fail to reschedule and are a ‘no show’ at your appointment, I do not provide a refund.
The choices at that point are to forfeit your appointment or to rebook your appointment. You will need to purchase a Rebook Appointment, which also includes a $50/hr. Surcharge for the ‘no-show’ appointment.

Cancellations Policy
If you book a service and cancel without rescheduling, there is no refund for the service.
Late Arrivals Policy
I am generous with the time allotted to each appointment. Should you arrive late, however, the time lateness is reduced from your purchased session time. Fifteen minutes after the appointment start time will be considered a ‘No-Show’ and will be guided by the Missed Appointments Policy. These policies are out of respect for the next client after you. I appreciate your understanding.
Refunds
There are no cash refunds. If you decide you do not wish to receive the service or package of services, an in-house credit can be arranged and applied to other services, or you may choose to donate the remainder of the package to the Pay-It-Forward Program to assist others in need of services.
Services and Offerings
Your agreement to the Terms of Service is your authorization for practitioner access to your Akashic Records, to your biofield or birth chart in connection with the service you have selected. This access is only granted for the prescribed service in preparation for or the delivery of that service or consultation. Please note that when you are purchasing a service, you are paying for my time to deliver the service and not for any particular outcome.
Receiving Sessions
Sessions are offered via Zoom or remotely. Zoom sessions require an on-camera presence. If you are unable to be on-camera, the session will be conducted remotely (without a Zoom Connection) or with all cameras off (both practitioner and client). Phone sessions are only available for consultations in the US. They are not available for sessions as sound conduction is poor through phone lines.
NO SESSIONS will be offered to clients while they are driving a vehicle or performing acts that require their attention, as these sessions hold meditative qualities and can cause deep relaxation.
Newsletters
When you purchase a service, you are agreeing to receive emails and newsletters regarding your purchase, updates, events and offers. You can opt out of newsletters at any time by choosing unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter.
Packages
Packages are designed for clients seeking active, ongoing services or to maintain their energetic integrity on a monthly basis. You will be contacted by email, reminding you of the expiration of your package so that you can book any remaining sessions.
New to Quantum Sound Packages (3) & Starting the Journey (Quantum Intentions) Packages (3) expire 60 days after the date of purchase. These packages are designed to ‘jump start’ your journey. Sessions at regular intervals are required.
Packages of 3 expire 6 months after the date of purchase.
Packages of 6 expire 9 months after the date of purchase.
Packages of 12 expire 15 months after the date of purchase.
In-House Credits
In-House Credits need to be applied towards other services within 9 months of receiving them.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates expire 5 years after the date of purchase. After one year and each subsequent year remaining, a 20% administration fee is applied to the certificate based on the initial certificate purchase price.
Military, EMS, First Responders
In gratitude for your service, a 20% discount is available to Military (Active Duty, Retired), EMS, First Responders (Fire, Police, Dispatchers) (Not available on Soul Realignment Packages). If you require further assistance beyond what is offered, please get in touch with Katie here.
